The ticket office for the express train at Seoul Station on the Airport Railroad is on the 2nd basement floor, but the platform is on the 7th basement floor, so you have to take the elevator or escalator. If you have luggage, you will need to use the elevator, but there are only 2, so arrive with plenty of time. If you get off at the Seoul Station KTX station and move, you will need at least 10 minutes. The express train platform opens 20 minutes before departure, so we recommend that you move with plenty of time.
